Terms of Service
Effective: September 20, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SalesPace, including the web application, native mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and related services. By accessing SalesPace through an invited account or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms and to the SalesPace Privacy Policy.
Accounts and authorized access
SalesPace accounts are invitation-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may use SalesPace only for authorized business purposes and only within workspaces, teams, territories, records, and features you are permitted to access.
Organization workspaces and data
Customer organizations control business records created or imported into their workspaces, including homeowner or customer records, territories, routes, notes, appointments, work-session records, CRM information, and commercial records. Organization administrators are responsible for configuring user access, permissions, integrations, and lawful use of data within their workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use SalesPace to:
- access data or systems you are not authorized to access;
- circumvent permissions, security controls, usage limits, or authentication;
- upload or distribute malware or intentionally disrupt the service;
- use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authorization, or business relationship;
- sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement.
Location, HealthKit, and device features
Certain native features use optional device permissions such as precise location, background location, HealthKit read access, and notifications. You control those permissions through iOS. Location and HealthKit features are provided to support work-session tracking, route history, steps, distance, and related reporting; they are not a substitute for safety procedures, timekeeping requirements, medical guidance, or employment-policy compliance.
Third-party services and integrations
SalesPace may connect to third-party services selected by you or your organization, including CRM, payments, mapping, notifications, and data providers. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms. SalesPace is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions of third-party services.
Fees and purchases
Paid plans, marketplace purchases, data products, or other paid features may be subject to the pricing and purchase terms shown at the time of purchase. Where Apple requires an in-app purchase mechanism for a native iOS transaction, the applicable Apple purchase and refund rules also apply.
Service availability and changes
We may update, improve, secure, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, respond to security issues, or maintain third-party integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Account suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security reasons, material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, nonpayment where applicable, or at the direction of an authorized organization administrator. Individual users may initiate permanent account deletion through supported account-management controls. Organization-owned business records may remain with the organization as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
SalesPace is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except for obligations expressly stated in a written agreement, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SalesPace does not guarantee sales results, lead quality, territory outcomes, third-party data accuracy, or uninterrupted third-party integrations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalesPace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law and any controlling written customer agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
