About SalesPace
SalesPace is a door-to-door sales platform for organizations whose revenue is created on someone's front step. We build two things: a fast field app reps use between doors, and a management CRM leaders use to run pipeline, territory and performance — over one shared set of records.
Why we built it
Field sales teams are among the most measured-looking and least measurable organizations in business. Everyone has a number in the morning meeting, and almost nobody can tell you which specific addresses those numbers came from. The tooling is usually a purchased list in a spreadsheet, a notes app full of abbreviations, a group chat for appointments, and a CRM that only hears about a customer after the sale.
That gap is not a discipline problem. It is a product problem. Ask a rep to fill in a form between doors and they will stop filling in the form, because the form costs them the next knock. Any system for field sales has to be faster than skipping it, or it collects partial data that leadership then treats as complete — which is worse than no data at all.
SalesPace starts from the door and works outward: the fastest possible capture at the point of contact, and everything else built on top of that record.
How we build
We build mobile-first, for one-handed use in sunlight on a street with bad signal. Actions are captured on the device and synced when connectivity returns. The most common interaction in the product — recording a disposition — is a long press and a tap.
We keep one data layer. The iPhone app and the web CRM are two views of the same records, so there is no nightly reconciliation and no version of the truth that lives only in one place.
We enforce permissions where the data lives. Rep, Manager, Admin and Super Admin roles are applied with row-level security in the database rather than by hiding screens, because homeowner contact information deserves more protection than a hidden button.
What we care about in the product
Speed at the door, because unused software is worse than no software. Shared history on every address, because the second knock should start where the first one ended. Honest measurement, because performance data only changes behavior if the people being measured believe it.
We also care about what we do not ship. We do not invent metrics, we do not add features that exist only in a screenshot, and we would rather leave something out of the interface than show a rep a button that does not do anything.
Privacy and data ownership
SalesPace holds homeowner contact details and rep location history, which is a serious responsibility. Location is captured only in the context of work sessions and field activity, with permission controls in the app. Account deletion is available directly in the product, and users can export their own personal data.
Organization data belongs to the organization. Bulk export is restricted to authorized leadership, and deactivating a user removes their access without destroying the records they created.
Working with us
We work directly with the teams that use SalesPace, usually starting with a walkthrough of a real territory rather than a generic demo. Plans are tailored to the size and structure of your operation — there is no self-serve price list, because a six-rep roofing crew and a multi-market fiber program need different things.
If you want to see whether SalesPace fits how your team knocks, the fastest path is a twenty-minute conversation about your current workflow.
Let's look at your field operation together.
Tell us how your team knocks today. We will be direct about where SalesPace helps and where it does not.
