Native iPhone app
A native iPhone app built for the hours your reps spend in the field
SalesPace for iPhone is a native SwiftUI field-sales app, not a web CRM squeezed into a phone screen. It uses Apple Maps, Core Location, HealthKit, on-device speech recognition and APNs to support the real canvassing day from the moment a rep starts working through the last follow-up.
Track: start the day, measure the work and end with a real session record
The Track tab controls the work session. A rep can start, pause, resume and end a session from the iPhone while SalesPace keeps active time and route distance visible.
During an active session, Core Location records the field route. With permission enabled, background location keeps the route recording when the app is backgrounded or the screen is locked. HealthKit access is read-only and supplies step count plus walking and running distance.
The same screen shows the rep's current-day doors, conversations, go-backs, appointments and sales, then surfaces the most recent completed session summary after the day ends.
- Start, pause, resume and end native work sessions
- Foreground and background GPS route tracking during active work
- Read-only HealthKit steps and walking/running distance
- Daily doors, conversations, go-backs, appointments and sales
- Completed-session summaries and sync-safe session ending
Map: Apple Maps becomes the field CRM
The Map tab is built on MapKit. Homeowner records appear as pins on Apple Maps and use the configured disposition color so a rep can understand the street before opening a single record.
The rep can search by homeowner name, address or phone, filter by disposition, switch on Quick mode for a faster outcome flow and drop a new pin when an address is not already loaded. While a work session is active, the recorded route line is drawn directly on the map.
Location and background-location status are visible in the workflow, with a direct path into the native permission screen when a required permission is missing.
- Apple Maps with live user location
- Disposition-colored homeowner pins
- Search by name, address or phone
- Disposition filters and Quick mode
- Manual pin drop
- Recorded route line during work sessions
The homeowner record does the work at the door
Opening a homeowner record gives the rep contact details, notes, the address, scheduling controls and the complete door history in one native screen.
The rep can call, text or email the homeowner, open directions in Apple Maps, update the record and dictate a note with Apple's on-device speech recognition. SalesPace requires on-device recognition for the voice-note workflow and keeps the recognized text rather than storing the audio.
Appointments, go-backs and follow-ups can be created from the same record. Existing follow-ups can be completed or rescheduled without leaving the homeowner workflow.
- Editable homeowner contact information and notes
- Call, text, email and Apple Maps directions
- On-device voice-to-text notes
- Configured quick dispositions
- Appointments, go-backs and follow-ups
- Door-by-door history
Follow-ups: the next action is already sorted
The Follow-ups tab separates the rep's queue into Overdue, Today and Upcoming. Go-backs and appointments created at the door feed the same queue.
Each item can be completed, rescheduled or reopened back into the homeowner record, keeping the follow-up tied to the address where the original conversation happened.
Pace: production plus the activity behind it
The Pace tab shows Today and Last 7 Days performance, a daily breakdown and recent sessions. The native view tracks doors, conversations, appointments, go-backs and sales alongside active hours, miles and steps.
Conversion metrics include doors per sale, conversations per sale, close rate, conversation rate and appointment rate. Managers and above can move from the rep view into team activity.
Reports: 7-day, 30-day and 90-day field reporting
Reports are available natively from More. The daily trend includes doors, conversations, appointments, sales, active hours, doors per hour and close rate.
Manager-level reporting adds team totals by rep, while recent session reports remain visible below the aggregate performance.
Territories and routes are manageable from the phone
Territories & Routes lives inside More. Managers can open saved territory boundaries, draw a new boundary on the map, edit an existing territory and assign a route to a rep with a date, route name and instructions.
Reps can use the same native surface to access the territory and route information assigned to them rather than depending on screenshots or text-message directions.
More is a real native operations menu, not a settings drawer
The More tab contains Appointments, Homeowner data, Reports, Career, Notifications, Territories & Routes, Help & Support, Settings, Permissions, Device check and Account & Data.
Role-aware manager surfaces add Command Center and disposition management, while admins can also create teams. Users with access to more than one workspace can switch workspaces from the phone, and SalesPace prevents workspace changes during an active work session so route and report data stay attached to the correct company.
Native team administration respects role boundaries
Team administration uses the same authenticated server rules as the web app. Managers, Admins and Super Admins see only the actions their role is allowed to perform.
The native team tools support invitations, team assignment, role changes where permitted, and account deactivation or reactivation while preserving the business history already created by that user.
Permission and privacy handling is explicit
SalesPace has dedicated native permission flows for Location, Background Location, Precise Location, HealthKit and Notifications. The app can show a SalesPace disclosure before requesting the corresponding Apple system permission.
HealthKit access is read-only for step count and walking/running distance. Notifications are optional. Background location is described as an active-work-session capability rather than being silently requested at launch.
Account and personal-data controls are on the iPhone
The Account & Data screen supports personal-data export to a shareable file and permanent account deletion from inside the native app.
The export separates personal account data from company-owned CRM, homeowner, route, territory, session and commercial records. Account deletion also enforces safeguards around active work sessions and company ownership responsibilities.
Frequently asked questions
- Is SalesPace a native iPhone app?
- Yes. The iPhone client is built natively with SwiftUI and uses Apple frameworks including MapKit, Core Location, HealthKit, Speech and APNs.
- Does SalesPace track a rep in the background?
- Background location is used for route tracking during an active work session when the rep has granted the required Apple permission. The app exposes that permission state and does not request it silently at signed-out launch.
- What HealthKit data does SalesPace use?
- The native app requests read-only access to step count and walking/running distance for work-session metrics. It does not write health data.
- Can reps create follow-ups from the iPhone?
- Yes. The homeowner workflow supports appointments, go-backs and follow-ups, and the Follow-ups tab lets reps complete or reschedule those items.
- Can managers use SalesPace from the iPhone too?
- Yes. Role-aware native surfaces include team activity, territories and routes, reports, disposition controls, team administration and workspace tools where the signed-in role permits them.
