Integrations

Keep the field connected to the systems you already run

Field teams rarely operate alone. Marketing runs a CRM, operations runs a scheduling system, and leadership runs reporting somewhere else. SalesPace connects to HubSpot and HighLevel with two-way sync, and pushes activity to anything else through outbound webhooks.

HubSpot

Connect HubSpot from the integrations screen in the SalesPace web CRM using a standard OAuth authorization — no API keys pasted into a settings box. Once connected, contacts and their stage changes sync between the two systems, so a door that becomes an appointment in the field shows up in HubSpot without anyone rekeying it.

Sync runs continuously in the background rather than as a nightly batch, and admins can see the job history: what synced, what failed, the error returned, and how many attempts a job has made. Failed jobs can be retried rather than silently disappearing.

HighLevel

HighLevel (GoHighLevel) connects the same way, through OAuth from the integrations admin screen. Contacts and stage updates flow in both directions so the follow-up automations your marketing team has already built can react to what reps are recording at the door.

For agencies and multi-location operators running HighLevel as the system of record, this means the field app does not become a second CRM that has to be reconciled — it becomes the capture layer feeding the one you already use.

Outbound webhooks for everything else

Not every system has a prebuilt connector, and most field organizations have at least one internal tool that matters. SalesPace can send outbound webhooks when records change, so you can forward field activity into a data warehouse, a scheduling system, an install queue or a custom application.

Webhook endpoints are configured and managed by admins in the web CRM, with delivery history visible so you can confirm what was sent and when. Outbound requests are validated against a set of network restrictions, so a misconfigured endpoint cannot be used to reach internal infrastructure.

  • Admin-managed endpoints with delivery history
  • Retries on transient failures rather than silent drops
  • Network restrictions on outbound destinations

How connections are secured

Provider credentials are exchanged through OAuth and stored encrypted on the server. Nothing sensitive is handed to the browser or the phone, and the field app never holds provider tokens.

Integration administration is limited to admins and above, and every integration action runs through the same permission model as the rest of the product. Connection state, recent errors and pending job counts are visible on the integrations screen, so an admin can tell at a glance whether a connection is healthy.

Setting a connection up

An admin opens Integrations in the SalesPace web CRM, chooses a provider and authorizes it in the provider's own consent screen. SalesPace then records the connection, begins syncing, and shows sync activity as it happens.

If a connection breaks — a revoked token, a permissions change on the provider side — it surfaces on that same screen with the error the provider returned, so the fix is a reconnection rather than an investigation.

Frequently asked questions

Is the sync one-way or two-way?
HubSpot and HighLevel connections sync contacts and stage updates in both directions, so changes made in either system are reflected in the other.
Who can connect an integration?
Integration setup and administration are limited to Admin and Super Admin roles inside your organization.
Can we send data to a system you do not integrate with directly?
Yes, through outbound webhooks. Admins configure endpoints in the web CRM and can review delivery history.
